Collier Collections strives to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We understand problems can occur, therefore, please refer to the information below for returns and exchange guidelines. 

Refunds: 

We do not offer refunds in original forms of payment. Instead, store credit is granted.

The item(s) must not be damaged, and must be in the same condition as it was received. 

Returns are eligible for non-final sale items and must be postmarked within 10 days of being delivered. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling on all return items. 

It is recommended that you keep your tracking number for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced return packages. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping fee. 

Damaged Items: 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. 

Please allow 5-7 business days to process/fix the damaged item(s). 

Customers are responsible for return shipping fee. 

Non-Returnable Items:

All sale items are marked FINAL sale and are not eligible for store credits or exchanges. All final sale items returned back will be marked return to sender. 

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
